The resplendent black-on-white flag, composed entirely of polygonal forms, featuring the emblematic Eagle of Might—a symbol of national military ascendancy and sovereign governance—alongside six stars representing the founding member-states, and a stylised angular wreath beneath, denoting the Citizenry. The wholly polygonal design is intended to embody Precision and Order—more specifally, democratic order and precision governance. This is the 4th and current official national flag of Heliaca.

According to Law, it is required that every citizen and resident have at least one of these hung within their residence, and at least one of these must be hoisted on every street, in order to inspire national pride. Failure to do so will be seen as undemocratic and will result in a court-martial.
