Project Assistant
Preamble and Description
Defines the intent of the Role and it's position within the Community. Advertises the Role.
Project Assistants are the support team to the core Staff project. They handle specific functions within the Community, volunteering to handle special tasks or duties that may not be directly related to in-game functions, or that require special skill sets. If we have a need of a specific person's talents in a way that does not fit the standard frames of a Game or Event Assistant, this is the title that they should be trained for.
As with all Staff, they are trained and expected to be capable of handling Policy related tickets in game should the time and need present itself, and are equally beholden to Staff Policy.
Writer Credits and Background
The writer (s) jointly provide a statement on the Role at the time of last Revision.
As I acknowledge the need for creatives within the Staff ecosystem with Event Assistants, Project Assistants acknowledge the odd connecting pieces in our greater structure. The intent of the role covers everything from advisors, to media and content creators, or anyone that is directly supporting the Staff team without being what we would normally consider frontline staff.
