Unauthorized AI creation is a bit up in the air for me personally. I had a round once where it never occurred to me that there's no charge for someone creating their own AI? This shouldn't be done without an RD or Captain signing off on it.
Impediment of Duty is for those that are making it difficult or impossible for one to do their job. Malicious impediment is for those that are intentionally doing so - and will likely be combined with other charges depending on the situation. If someone dies as a result of them stopping medical staff from doing their job, they can be charged with manslaughter for example. Or if they're being shoved around to stop them from doing their work, tack on Assault/Battery. Grade 2 should be done for more ambiguous or even "accidental" cases.
Unauthorized Boarding is for anyone on the station that is not part of the manifest that has not been approved by the Captain/ACO to board the station. Interdyne agents that would rather ask for permission than forgiveness, fugitives and bounty hunters, free golems that felt a little too free, etc. This crime can be pardoned by the current station commander.
Indecent Exposure is pretty self explanitory. No exposed genitalia in any area that is not private, and isn't specifically designed for it. Having your tits out at the pool or the showers is fine. Having your junk flying about in the main halls or in your department isn't.
