Unauthorized AI creation is a bit up in the air for me personally. I had a round once where it never occurred to me that there's no charge for someone creating their own AI? This shouldn't be done without an RD or Captain signing off on it.
Impediment of Duty is for those that are making it difficult or impossible for one to do their job. Malicious impediment is for those that are intentionally doing so - and will likely be combined with other charges depending on the situation. If someone dies as a result of them stopping medical staff from doing their job, they can be charged with manslaughter for example. Or if they're being shoved around to stop them from doing their work, tack on Assault/Battery. Grade 2 should be done for more ambiguous or even "accidental" cases.
Sexual Assault and Rape will be included with HEAVY OOC notes that "This is solely for in-character situations. If you do not consent out of character to a sexual scene you are involved in, inform the other party immediately. If they do not immediately stop and try to work out a solution, ahelp." That said, I would understand not including these two - as some security players just might not want to deal with it, at all.
