"Willful refusal to perform a duty" moved to 116 from 216 - now requires somebody to press a charge(if nobody cares that you're not doing your job, then it's not a big deal)

"Animal Cruelty" moved from 105 to 117

"Obstruction of Justice" moved from 108 to 205

"Hostile Non-Typical Lifeform" moved from 602 to 617

"Release of a Deadly Biological Weapon" and "Bioterrorism" both moved down a grade

Unauthorized AI creation is exactly what it sounds like. It is a bit up in the air for me personally, however. I had a round once where it never occurred to me that there's no charge for someone creating their own AI? This shouldn't be done without an RD or Captain signing off on it. Having an unauthorized AI should be considered a MASSIVE station security risk.

Impediment of Duty is for those that are making it difficult or impossible for one to do their job. Malicious impediment is for those that are intentionally doing so - and will likely be combined with other charges depending on the situation. If someone dies as a result of them stopping medical staff from doing their job, they can be charged with manslaughter for example. Or if they're being shoved around to stop them from doing their work, tack on Assault/Battery. Grade 2 should be done for more ambiguous or even "accidental" cases.

Unauthorized Boarding is for anyone on the station that is not part of the manifest that has not been approved by the Captain/ACO to board the station. Interdyne agents that would rather ask for forgiveness than permission, fugitives and bounty hunters, free golems that felt a little too free, etc. This crime can be pardoned by the current station commander. Exile is also an alternative to perma.

Unleashing Hostile Lifeform is for anyone that brings a hostile creature onto the station in any way shape or form. Gold slime spawns, a lavaland critter from the shuttle, a raptor that isn't properly tamed and was left to attack the crew, etc. This crime will be stackable, as well as any crimes committed by the creature(s) in question will fall onto whoever was responsible for it. The hostile creature(s) in question will be treated as a 602.
