Preamble and Description
Defines the intent of the Role and it's position within the Community. Advertises the Role.
Game Assistants are the meat of the Staff Hierarchy. They are rigorously trained on the tools they are provided access too, and are expected to use their knowledge of both game and tools to support the rest of the team. Their central objective is to preserve the integrity and enjoyment of Crew and Staff on the Server by enforcing the Server Rules.
All Project Assistants must onboard through the Game Assistant training pipeline.
Writer Credits and Background
The writer (s) jointly provide a statement on the Role at the time of last Revision.*
The Game Assistant is, in many ways, the most critical role on the server. Despite their seemingly modest rank, the Server simply could not function without them. They form the foundation upon which Nova Sector operates handling the day to day issues, supporting players, and maintaining the standards that allow the community to thrive. They provide relief for all the other Staff for dealing with the standard rulebreak. Not all staff are comfortable providing Notes or Bans.

Defines Writer 1's contributions to the page, and how they feel on it. This section is by the Writer.
I was given the honor of writing this version of the Game Assistant section. I feel as though Game Assistants, provided they have the confidence and situational awareness to do so, are capable of giving the most thoughtful, consistent and responsive to the needs of any moment. Good administration is not rigid, and thusly neither are the Game Assistants.
Writer 2 - moonridden / moonridden
I revised this page minorly, changing some language and structure to fit my desires. Game Assistants make a Community of our scale possible, as senior Staff cannot handle every single issue. These are people we trust and trained personally.

Priority and Preference on Policy and Rule enforcement.

Obligations
Defines expectations for holders of the Role.
First in line for any ticket pertaining to Policy or Rules Enforcement.
Constantly stay cool. Regardless of what a player says to you do not act unprofessional and get angry with them. If you find yourself doing so, hand the issue over to another member of staff.
This also applies to the Discord. Retain some level of professionalism when posting there as you represent the server.
Do not release information from the staff chat to the public. EVER.
